This is a very nice apartment in a new building with a great location in the Palermo Viejo district, four blocks away from the Santa Fe Ave. offering several public transportation and the subway stop. It is split off in two levels: the first level offers a nice living room with high ceilings and a dining table for four, an American kitchen (connected to the living area), one half bathroom and a lovely balcony facing the street. The second level has one bedroom with a queen size bed and one full bathroom. The building offers a security guard by night.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Upon arrival to Soler and Bonplnd, we were greeted with someone from the agency. He took us to the apartment right away and explained how everything worked. The apartment was beautiful and very clean and the owner was the nicest lady and made sure to call a few times to make sure our stay was perfect. The apartment is perfect for anyone staying in Buenos Aires because its very close to the subte and was very clean with a nice big bathroom and working kitchen/fridge and even internet.
